Brownell Lumber Company manufactures and distributes the finest docks and accessories in the industry throughout the Central New York area. Being adjacent to the Great Sacandaga Lake has provided us with the opportunity to refine and expand our dock-building expertise over the past forty years. All of our docks can be customized with an array of features, including personal water craft berthing, anchors, lighting, railings, benches and much more. There may be an additional charge for an extra billet box when a walkway and dock are connected if the flotation dock is not big enough to carry the load of the walkway without tipping the dock. This charge will be for the installation of the flotation billet box at the point where the two components meet. |

We have a full line of docks available to meet a variety of lake conditions. You can choose to have your system built standard framing lumber or pressure treated southern yellow pine for additional years of enjoyment. All of the connecting hardware will be of the noncorrosive type
We do require a deposit of approximately 20% to begin construction of your dock system. All dock prices include delivery to a paved launch on the Great Sacandaga Lake. Other areas will have a delivery cost based on your distance beyond the lake.

Keep in mind that we do manufacture a variety of custom docks and accessories. Feel free to arrange for a planning session to assist you and your family in deciding which dock system is most suited to your needs and budget. Soon after that, you will be enjoying your Brownell Lumber Co. dock and the summer season.
As a special off-season incentive, we offer a 10% discount for all dock orders placed between October 1st and March 31st for delivery in the spring. Place your order early and receive your dock as soon as possible! |
